About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
- Implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in an SEND or specialist setting.
- Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND.
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Has experience working with EHCPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (desirable but not essential).
